Alta Warren Parsons Memorial is located off Ziggy Rd near Old State Rd north of Farwell. Visitors can see a variety of habitat types including lake frontage, a thick bog mat of cranberries and bog rosemary, cedar swamp, and a small stream. At least 30 species of nesting birds can be found in the sanctuary.
