Coldwater River

Coldwater River represents a partnership between Trout Unlimited and the Michigan Nature Association. The sanctuary protects a plant that is a common in the south and the west, but rare in Michigan as its northern range ends.

This 2 acre area was protected because the local farmer had fenced off the area to keep his cattle out.
