Located south of Lakeville, off Rochester Road, Lakeville Swamp is the most biologically diverse area in Oakland County with over 400 species of native plants.

Visitors are suggested to bring a compass and watch out for the local Massasauga Rattlenake and poison sumac, which can be found in the sanctuary.
